I provide Organisation Development (OD) and  Learning & Development (L&D) consulting and coaching programs for a range of sectors and professionals. I’m an expert in designing and delivering short management development workshops for mid to senior managers. I provide specialist training courses for world-class and flagship spas.  I especially love seeing the powerful results from the spa located OD interventions that I provide for executives managing brands in the luxury and creative sphere.
