Glenis Wade

I help organisation leaders and company owners to develop their business, so they can become more successful, profitable and great places to work.

My experience

I started out as an international beauty therapist, London spa practitioner, regional trainer and progressed into management. I went on to run my own practice in The City of London.  My talent for training and developing started at The Regis Corporation in 1991. It is was what prepared me for a successful 12 year career as a management academic, senior lecturer and a course director. I was full faculty teaching and researching in the business schools of celebrated UK universities.

Now, as an independent consultant, coach and trainer, my aim is to help leaders transform existing ways of working. I work by blending the latest research with quality instruction and highly intuitive coaching. My aim is to develop mindfulness in management practice and healthy strong teams.
